Googling the company name brings up some interesting information. The company seems to be well-established and looks like it has some ties to the federal government in terms of clientele..

Got my EAD (the actual card ) and the AP today in the mail. Details are as follows:
EB2 India - Filed Sept 06
140 Approved by TSC in Apr 07
485/EAD/AP Filed on July 2nd at NSC (R Williams 9 :02 am)
LUD on 140 - 08/05
Recd EAD and AP - 09/06
Have not received 485 receipt or FP notice. EAD and AP are from CSC - I recide in CA.
Good luck to all those still waiting !

Has anyone, who filed on July 2nd at NSC, I-140 approved from TSC and have an updated LUD on I-140, got their receipts yet?

..f(p)light still seems to be wheeling on the runway as compared to NSC's soaring high approvals. Any thoughts?:confused:
May be just may be because TSC approved a lot of cases for the current PD 2 years ago and have less cases than NSC.

Lets file a lawsuit to get the info in a manner we need:
1) breakdown of processing dates in a manner that co relates to visa bulletin.
i.e.: tell us how many petitions by per country are pending/processed and processing dates by country and category. Atleast USCIS is answerable to visa bulletin.
2) Visa usage by category reporting each month
(How many petitions were approved are pending by visa category and by country) (here I mean just I140 and I485). Adjust the numbers if there are denials.
This will atleast help everyone predict whats going to happen in recent months. One of the heartburns we have is no information comes out of USCIS and we are held hostage to what oppenheim says or Aytes says or Sheela Murthy says. This is public information so lets try and get it public every month.

BTW, for that poster who was imagining a single line, open your eyes buddy. There are indeed two lines. Higher qualifications gets you into the shorter one. You can fret and whine all you want but you cant change the fact.

I know one of my friend, his H1 extension was denied through a consulting company (basically Bodyshopper). Reason given was - "consulting not allowed on H1".
Lucky him, client hired him by sponsoring his H1 and this time it was approved.
Looks like USCIS is going after Desi Bodyshoppers (which I believe is long due).
Some desi bodyshop owner gave me red for sharing this.
Well, I just hope your pawn-shop goes down soon, so that you learn to earn your own bread instead of being a parasite !

used to be at most 90 days. If not u could have gone to ur local office and get temp EAD. It changed no more temp EAD. You r at the mercy of USCIS.

In my own terms, there is only one line defined by the priority date. So you can amuse yourself all you want. Its not gonna change the law.
